As per other posts, we are looking at our procedures to make sure we are inline with GDPR and we want to archive/anonymise some of the older volunteer details but are struggling to do so. When we haven't heard from a volunteer in over a year, we would like to anonymise their records on VBase so that we no longer hold any contact information for them. However we have noticed that when we do this (and even when we delete a volunteer record completely) all of their contact details are still visible on our 'My Applications' list. Is there any way to remove or edit these please so that we are not holding unnecessary data that may be in breach of the data protection regulations?
